The Isha Home School (Home School) was founded in 2005 by Sadhguru, a mystic, visionary, and a global leader. Sadhguru sees education as a vital component for individual and global transformation.

The founder's educational approach is concretized and translated into the day-to-day working of the Home School.

Set in tranquil surroundings near Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, the residential Home School is located at the foothills of the Velliangiri Mountains.

The school is 'home' for students and faculty from different parts of the world. Comprised of the Junior, Middle, and Senior School, the Home School has students aged 6 to 16 years. Students learn in a multi-age environment, which allows them to go beyond the predefined, age-specific syllabi and enhances their learning capabilities. While students progress at their own pace, the Home School prepares students to appear for the board examinations at an appropriate age. Qualitative progress of students is done regularly, and assessments are discussed with students and shared with parents.
